SEATING SPECIALISTS, LLC opened its doors in the Texas metroplex to serve all communities with fixed seating, telescoping bleachers, outdoor grandstands, and lecture hall seating.
Twenty-five years later, we have worked alongside numerous GCs and Owners to help accomplish their vision into a safe, effective and comfortable venue. Whether for a school district, college campus's, theatres, or worship venues; we offer from a standard seat to a high end Opry seat to fit the budget.

We specialize in restoration to existing fixed audience seating, if the seat is still in use, it warrants a FREE SAMPLE! The only cost to the owner is the pick up and delivery or freight, if they our out of our metroplex. Sitting in a restored seat, gives the Owner confidence in the fresh, new-updated look, the comfort of new foam and fabric, and a refinish of scratches in paint, wood arm rests, and end panels. This process entails a full walk-through of the auditorium, a take off, demo of all existing seats, to be stored on our facility while work is done interior to the auditorium, by other subcontractors. We offer sand blasting and new powder coat painting, sand and re-stain and lacquer the backs or metal will receive powder coating. Paint is an option, along with the support stanchions, which can be removed and re-anchored after floor work is complete by others, or leave in place to save on labor costs. . We are able to keep the existing number of seats in house, while adding ADA using "the Grandfather Clause"; this means corridors, aisles, and doors do not have to be brought up to building codes of today.
ENVIRONMENT Friendly, GREEN, not adding to landfills with old steel seats and keeping taxpayers happy with savings!

With Tracy and her Team, you will receive all submittals and approvals, shop drawings, field checks, and freight to jobsite. The installation team is factory trained and certified and once mobilized to your site, they will offload materials, check for quality and quantity control and begin assembly and lay out per the approved plans.
Our lead estimator, Bill S., has over 40 years experience in working side by side helping our clients achieve their vision for the project.
